Can I view the properties before the Auction?
Yes, we do Open Viewings prior to the online auction and there is no need to pre-book. The viewing dates and times are advertised on the property page. We also carry out virtual tours for viewing remotely.
Please note we cannot guarantee access for viewing tenanted properties.

Can I pay the Deposit in cash or by cheque?
We cannot accept cash or cheque payments. The only acceptable form of payment is by debit card or bank transfer.
If I am a successful purchaser, when do I have to complete the purchase and pay the balance monies?
The completion date is stated in the Contract and is individual to each property.
How can I view the legal pack and inspect the contract before the auction?
The legals are available to view via the individual property page in the auction catalogue.
Can I have the property surveyed before the auction?
Yes, your surveyor must contact us directly for access.
Do some Lots not sell?
Yes, if a Reserve Price is not reached the Lot will not sell. We will continue to market most unsold properties after the auction, so you may still purchase these Lots. All post-auction sales are under our Auction Terms & Conditions.
What happens if I do not complete my purchase?
This can constitute breach of contract and can result in you loosing your 10% deposit along with any other fees (if applicable). The vendor may also take legal action against you.
Will I be able to get a mortgage on the property?
Not all properties are suitable as mortgage security. Please consult with your Mortgage Adviser.
Can I withdraw my bid?
Once a bid is submitted on the online system it is not possible to withdraw it during or after the auction.
