Our entry process is simple

Valuation We will provide you with an achievable auction valuation.

Instruction Once you instruct us, we will send you an Auction Agreement Form, which you should return to us before we start marketing your property, along with paying the Entry Fee.

Solicitor You will need to instruct a solicitor to prepare an auction legal pack for your property. We cannot sell your property without a legal pack.

Advertising and Auction We will enter your property into our next available online auction. We will carry out a virtual tour and drone photography and prepare the marketing material. Your property will be advertised on multiple platforms, we will target buyers in our email campaigns and place a for sale board at the property to ensure maximum exposure. We will carry out viewings in the lead up to the auction.

Sale When your property sells in our online auction, we will collect a 10% deposit from the buyer and exchange contracts. Our auction agreement will give us the authority to sign a binding contract on your behalf meaning less hassle for you!
